Idaho Potato

While in Idaho for work travel I went to a college fair and afterwards they gave us ice cream. The ice cream was in the shape of baked potatoes. Looks real huh?

Just for the record, there is no potato in the ice cream...it is pure ice cream and very good. The skin and the base of the "baked potato" was made out of vanilla ice-cream rolled in a fine layer of chocolate dusting and then the topping was made out of whipped cream with oreo cookie crumbles.
